Ten simple steps to get radiant skin


1. Balanced diet. Avoid fatty foods and junk food.
2. At least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.
3. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water per day.
4. Regular exercise schedule.
5. Avoiding prolonged exposure to wind and cold, get lots of fresh air.
6. Avoid sun and tanning beds.
7. Always wearing sunglasses when stepping out.
8. Avoid stress, be balanced.
9. Exfoliation of dead cells twice a week.
10. Maintaining skin care routine for your particular skin type.
